Mike brings to Updox his extensive experience in creating highly scalable, easy-to-use business application architectures for companies needing to transact with the customers thousands of times a day. Mike plays a key role in helping Updox deliver quick results to a large network of practitioners, their patients, and their work partners on those tasks that occur frequently and depend upon good communication and collaboration. Heather brings to Updox a comprehensive background as a finance and accounting executive combined with significant operational experience leading successful organizations in fast-paced and challenging environments. Heather is responsible for Updox’s operational and financial management, including accounting, finance, treasury, forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management. Prior to joining Updox, Heather’s experience includes serving in a corporate finance role at Battelle and more than 12 years of public accounting experience at both Crowe Horwath and Ernst & Young. Heather is a Certified Public Accountant.
With a wide range of experience across strategy, innovation and product management Adam has spent the majority of his career working to help organizations deliver value from strategic planning, marketing and delivery of innovative products and services. With Updox Adam and his team are highly focused on bringing industry leading solutions to market with a disciplined and customer centric approach. Prior to Updox, Adam was Senior Director of Strategy and Product Management for Alliance Data, a Fortune 500 provider of credit, market, data and loyalty solutions for retailers.

Jeff’s previous roles include global senior vice president of Marketing for SIRVA Worldwide Relocation and Moving and senior vice president, Sales and Marketing, at dotloop, a real estate SaaS company acquired by Zillow.
